ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted by this Court to the 1st respondent in Crl.O.P.No.10737 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024.

2. This Court earlier granted bail to the 1st respondent with one of the conditions in para no.6(c) in Crl.O.P.No.10737 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024 which reads as follows:- "the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.8,000/- (rupees eight thousand only) as interim maintenance to the defacto complainant on the first week of every English calendar month towards maintenance of the minor child who are under the custody of the defacto complainant until it is modified by the court of law, failing which, the bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled automatically. The defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount and utilize the same for the welfare of the minor child until modified by the Court of law"
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant submits that the 1st respondent has not paid the monthly maintenance as ordered by this Court. He further submits that the petitioner is having 2 1⁄2 year old child and finding it difficult to take care of the child since the 1st respondent has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.
4. Though notice was served on the 1st respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the 1st respondent.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police submits that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned court and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.73 of 2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel on either side, considering the fact that the petitioner is failed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, this Court is of the view that the bail granted to the 1st respondent is liable to be cancelled for violation of the bail conditions imposed on him.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. 09.10.2025 nr To
