A.No.1531 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to appoint an Advocate Commissioner for the purpose of examination of Mrs.Kamlesh Srichand, W/o.Late Mr.Srichand Fagoomal, aged about 78 years, at her residence at No.17/9, Padmavati Road, Jeypore Nagar, Gopalapuram, Chennai 600 086 as PW2 through Video Conferencing before the learned Additional Master III in the above suit. A.No.1532 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to permit the examination of Mrs.Kamlesh Srichand, W/o.Late Mr.Srichand Fagoomal, aged about 78 years, residing at No.17/9, Padmavati Road, Jeypore Nagar, Gopalapuram, Chennai 600 086 as PW2 through Video Conferencing before the learned Additional Master III with the assistance of an Advocate Commissioner at her residence in the above suit.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has strongly opposed to allow these applications.

Ms.R.Reena, Advocate, Enrolment No.MS.2316/2011, No.2, Philips Street, Broadway, Chennai-600001, (Cell.No.8056238606), Email:reenamladvocate@gmail.com, is appointed as an Advocate Commissioner for examination of Mrs.Kamlesh Srichand, W/o.Late Mr.Srichand Fagoomal, aged about 78 years, at her residence at No.17/9, Padmavati Road, Jeypore Nagar, Gopalapuram, Chennai 600 086 as PW2 through Video Conferencing before the learned Additional Master III in the above suit.
6. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) and the same shall be paid by the applicants directly to the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner shall file her report on or before 10.04.2024.
7. The Registry is directed to send the bundles to the learned Additional Master-III for recording evidence on 10.04.2024. 26.03.2024 gv Note: Registry is directed to issue the warrant immediately to the Advocate Commissioner.
