..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to restore Arasu Cable TV Signal to the petitioner's operation room at Korukkathur Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District so as to enable him to pass on the signal to his Local Arasu Cable TV Operators (LCOs) within the time that may be fixed by this Court.
