ORDER

C.M.P.No.17945 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 2930 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.17946 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent in the above Second Appeal

3. C.M.P.No.17951 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record respondents 1 to 3 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent in the above second appeal as respondents 2 to 4 in the above Second Appeal. Page No. 2 of 3

2. Mr.D.Baskar, learned counsel for the first and second respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present applications.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these Miscellaneous Petitions and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents has no objection in allowing the present petitions and being satisfied with the same, these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
