This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the re-auction circular No.2/2022/Ko.A9/dated 24.03.2022 on the file of the fourth respondent, quash the same and direct the respondents to extend the lease period for further 194 days to the petitioners. 2/4

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
