This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to furnish the survey report pursuant to the survey that was conducted on 29.01.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the survey report is being sent to the petitioner and a copy of the same was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court.
