ORDER
The present application has been filed to extend the time to comply with the orders dated 30.09.2024 and 14/10/2024 in A.No.4401 of 2024 thereby extending the time to comply with the directions of this Court in the interest of justice and equity.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of their respective parties.
3. As directed by this Court, today when the matter is taken up two Demand Drafts for a sum
of Rs.8,22,212.00/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Twenty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Twelve only) and another for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) respectively had been placed on record in favour of the Registrar (General), High Court, Madras. The same is received by this Court. The Registry is directed to place the said Demand Drafts before the Registrar (General) to deposit to the accounts of this suit and thereafter, to be deposited in an interest bearing account. The applicant is directed to herein make the monthly rents on or before 10th of every month to the credit of this suit. No further orders are required to be made in this application and accordingly, the same stands closed. Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the Registrar (General), High Court, Madras.
