This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.06.2016.
2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. No representation for the petitioner on 11.07.2016 and today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaints dated 15.06.2016 and 03.07.2016 given by the petitioner and the complaint dated 03.07.2016 given by the opposite party, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.141 of 2016 by calling the opposite party and the same has been closed as dispute is essentially with regard to pathway. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. This Court also perused the complaints and since the dispute is essentially civil in nature, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for.
With the above observation, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
