O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.03.2015.

2. The claim of the writ petitioner is that he has already worked on temporary basis in the forest department and the half of the service rendered by him is to be counted for the purpose of granting pensionary benefits. In this respect, the writ petitioner submitted a representations based on Rule (11) of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules on 28.07.2014 and 26.03.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representations to the respondents along with a copy of the order passed in this writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of. However, no order as to costs.
