This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 21.03.2022 against the second respondent's order vide No.S.R.No.808/68 SDT/MIA/30 of 1963 dated 30.12.1968 within the stipulated period that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
