O R D E R
(Made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Petitioner/husband has filed writ of habeas corpus petition, alleging illegal detention of minor Kavya aged about four years, by respondent No.2, mother-in-law. Upon notice, alleged detenue along with her mother, is present.
2. We have enquired Ms.Akilandeshwari and the writ petitioner. Allegation of detention is emphatically denied. Enquiry revealed difference of opinion between the spouses. Hope the same is sorted out at the earliest.
