This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in CMP No.259 of 2008 dated 04.03.2008.

2. It is seen that the respondent herein was granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur in CMP No.11514 of 2007 on certain conditions, challenging which the State approached the Sessions Court for modification, which was dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge on 04.03.2008. Challenging the order dated 04.03.2008, this petition was filed in this Court and it has been pending since 2008.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the prayer and also the long lapse of time, no purpose will be served by interfering with the orders passed by the Courts below. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
