It has been mentioned that H.M.O.P.No.239 of 2018 which is pending on the file of Family Court, Cuddalore is at the stage of crossexamination of PW2. This Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking an early disposal of the said H.M.O.P. No.239 of 2018.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel that there are no further witnesses on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Cuddalore to take up further trial in the matter since the lock-down is lifted, proceed with the matter and endeavour to dispose of the said H.M.O.P.No.239 of 2018 on or before 31.08.2021 and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
