Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings dated 02.07.2013 in Na.Ka.No.3398/2013/A1 of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay and settle the entire service benefits with interest at the rate of 18% per annum to the petitioner.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been challenging the order of suspension dated 02.07.2023 in Na.Ka.No.3398/2013/A1 on the file of the second respondent.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that on the acceptance of explanation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.11.2023, the order of suspension had been revoked. Even then the petitioner challenged the order of suspension dated 02.07.2023 and not the consequential proceedings, such as, charge memo and non-payment of benefits for the said period. However, the petitioner failed to enclose the charge memo which is under challenge.
3. In view above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge memo in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
