This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.958 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.22554 of 2022 on 30.01.2023 to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in the order dated 30.01.2023 as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
