O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 06.06.2017 filed by her under Circular No.67, dated 3.11.2011.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 18.05.2017, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the 1st respondent on 06.06.2017, however, the 1st respondent has not passed any order so far.

3. Mr.R.Rajeswaran learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal dated 06.06.2017, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 06.06.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
