Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to include the claims of the petitioners for intimation to the 3rd respondent along with the claims of the Regular workmen of the 1st respondent enabling the 3rd respondent to deposit the same with the 4th respondent and thereby direct the 4th respondent to settle all the dues payable to the petitioners along with the regular workmen of the 1st respondent company.
