ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), representing the respondent.

2. The present contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the the order of this Court dated 27.8.2014 made in Crl.O.P.No.23205 of 2014.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submits that after closing the complaint as 'civil in

nature' by the earlier investigating officer, the criminal enquiry was again opened and fresh enquiry was conducted by another officer nominated by Superintendent of Police and the second investigating officer also after due enquiry, found that the matter is completely civil in nature. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has also produced a copy of the statement given by the petitioner to the effect that the amount borrowed by him with interest accumulated to the tune of Rs.49,00,000/- and he would settle the amount to the counter-petitioner within three months. That being so, the original conclusion arrived at by the earlier investigating officer stands and hence, no further order is necessary in this contempt petition and the contempt petition stands closed with liberty given to the petitioner to pursue further remedy, if any.
