JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs submitted that the parties have reached at an amicable settlement before the Tamilnadu Mediation and Concilliation Centre, High Court Madras and therefore, they had entered into a compromise and the parties have also signed their Memo of Compromise.
2.In view of the compromise entered into between the parties, the compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the decree. The plaintiffs are entitled to the court fee paid as per law. No costs. Connected application is closed.
