ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondent herein for the wilful and deliberate disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.A.No.1062 of 2017, dated 15.09.2017.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced the proceedings of the District Collector, Dharmapuri, in Na.Ka.No.14610/2016/K3, dated 28.05.2018. According to him, as per the said proceedings of the District Collector, the order of this Court dated 15.09.2017 has been duly complied with and appointment said to have been given to the petitioner on compassionate ground.

3. Recording the above said proceedings in Na.Ka.No.14610/2016/K3, dated 28.05.2018, this Contempt Petition is closed.
