ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to grant the benefit of G.O.3(D) No. 95 School Education (N.V. 3(1)) Department dated 1-12-2014 and fix the pay of petition notionally in the post of Pre-vocational Instructor for the purpose of pensionary benefits, as directed in the above said government order and forward revised pension proposals to the Accountant General for sanction and grant arrears of pension with 18 % interest per annum.
2. The third respondent has filed a counter in which it is stated as under: " ... 7. Further it is submitted in pursuance to the orders of the above said Government Order, the pay of the petitioner has been revised as per the Government Order for Pensionary benefit vide RC No.767/A2/2019, dated 09.10.2019 of the Block Educational Officer, Karur.
8. It is submitted that as per the G.O.(3D) No.95 School Education N.V. 3(1) Department dated 01.12.2014 and the pay of the 2/4
petitioner was revised and the revised pension proposal also forwarded to the accountant general vide R.C.No.767/A2/2019 dated 10.10.2019 of the Block Educational Officer, Karur."
3. Since the petitioner's grievance is redressed and the process of sanctioning pension has also been forwarded to the Accountant General, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
