Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.613 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020 that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.613 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.613 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., starting from May 2020. -sd/- 24/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
