This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A1 to enlarge him on bail in the event of his arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.252 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner/A1 had been arrested by the respondent police.

3. In such circumstances, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
