This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file the final report with respect to the Crime No.70/2019 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that after the completion of enquiry, the case in Crime No.70 of 2019 dated 25.09.2019 has been referred as mistake of fact and the copy of the RCS notice also served on the petitioner. 3.At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received RCS notice. 4.In view of the above, direction is issued to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to furnish the copy of the RCS notice within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same by filing appropriate protest petition before the jurisdictional Court as per the mandate of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of "Union Public Service Commission Vs. S.Papaiah and others" reported in (1997) 7 SCC 614.
