ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the case in Crime No.1791/2014 pending on the file of the third respondent to the CB-CID police for investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that it will be in the interest of justice, a direction is issued to the third respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1791/2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the investigation shall be monitored by the Assistant Commissioner of Police F.3, Nungambakkam.

4.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
