CRIME NO. 12 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22710 of 2021 dated 15.12.2021 concerned in the petitoner shall report before Respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 15.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.22710 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
