53 of 2014, by the Lok Adalat, High Court Legal Services Committee, Madras, in issuing the bailable warrant against the petitioner and re-issuance of the bailable warrant against the petitioner by order dated 23.4.2015. Prayer in W.P.No.15982 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to the impugned order dated 18.5.2015 in ref.No.W.P.No.
No.H6945897 dated 12.07.2010 issued in the name of Ramasamy Murugesan as per Section 10(3)(b), 12(1)(b) and 13(1) of the Passports Act, 1967.

I submit that I have given a representation to the Regional Passport Officer, Coimbatore dated 18.05.2015, regarding the passport of the petitioner, and the 1st respondent had issued a show cause notice to the 2nd respondent. I learnt that the 2nd respondent had handed over his passport to the 1st Respondent viz., The Regional Passport Officer, Coimbatore.
3. I submit that various matrimonial disputes and litigations were pending between me and the 2nd respondent. Due to mediations held we have resolved the disputes amicably. We have filed the memo for mutual consent for divorce before the Hon'ble Sub Court, Tambaram and the 2nd respondent has given Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty five lakhs only) as permanent alimony to me and he has given Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) as maintenance for our daughter minor M.Shanchanya.
4. In view of the facts stated above, I have no intention to pursue my representations to the 1st respondent/Regional Passport Officer, Coimbatore. I state that I am withdrawing my complaints against the 2nd respondent and I have no objection for releasing the passport of the 2nd respondent which has been handed over by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent viz., The Regional Passport Officer, Coimbatore.
2. Both the counsels submitted that the matter has been resolved between the parties.
3. In view of the same, there is no necessity to go into the issue involved in W.P.No.15982 of 2015. Accordingly, W.P.No.15982 of 2015 stands closed. Consequently, W.P.No.14362 of 2015 is also closed as infructuous, since award has already been passed. The connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
