2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the conditions 4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29502 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 is relaxed.
