Common Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's Sale Deed dated 19.03.2021 bearing pending Document No. P/ Gooduvancheri / 76/ 2021 and issue the same.

(for R1) : Mr.T.Arun Kumar, AGP (for R2) : Mr.S.L.Sundarsanam (for R3) : Mr.M.Gopi (for R4) : Mr.K.Dhananjayan COMMON ORDER The relief sought in the present writ petitions is to direct the first respondent to register the petitioner's sale deed dated 19.03.2021, bearing pending Document No. P/ Gooduvancheri / 76/ 2021 and issue the same. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is claiming title over the property and the 4th respondent is also claiming right over the subject property. When there is a dispute existing between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, the District Registrar relegated the parties to approach the competent Civil Court of law. 2/4

3.The learned counsel for the 4th respondent made a submission that suits in O.S.No.254 of 2020 has already been instituted and it is pending. In view of the fact that the Civil Suit has already been instituted, the parties are at liberty to adjudicate their rights through documents evidence in the manner known to law.

4.With these observations the writ petitions stand dismissed. No costs.
