This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 314 days of filing the Crl.RC.SR.5118 of 2026 against the Crl.M.P.No.2438 of 2024 in Crime No.03 of 2019 dated 11.12.2024.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 314 days is condoned.
