(CR.NO. 1409 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order by this Honble Court dated 03.01.2022 in Crl.OP.25823/2021 that the petitioner are directed to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MICHAEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.25823 of 2021 dated 03.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
