The application has been filed to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.2645 of 2023 which was disposed on 20.12.2023. 2.

The main contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.2245 of 2018 dated 14.06.2021, thereby directed the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.3,500/- per month from the petitioner's husband's pension account till the payment of entire arrears of maintenance.

It is seen that as directed by this Court, the respondent remitted a sum of Rs.3,500/- into the petitioner's account from the month of January, 2023 and he is continuously paying the amount from the pension. Recording the said fact, the above contempt petition is closed. This Court finds no ground to reopen the contempt petition. 4.
