When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court on 28.03.2022 directed the petitioner to implead the highest bidders in the auction as party respondents. It was also directed that seventh property should be sold and this exercise to be completed before 22.04.2022. 2.
In pursuance of the direction of this Court, petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No.4501 of 2022 to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 3 to 5. 3.
In view of the earlier direction issued, to implead the highest bidders, Crl.M.P.No.4501 of 2022 is allowed.

Registry is directed to make appropriate amendment in the Crl.O.P.No.22187 of 2021 for adding their names in the cause list. Petitioner is directed to take notice to the newly impleaded respondents 3 to 5 returnable by 13.06.2022. The second respondent is also directed to take effective steps to sell item No.7 of property as directed earlier.
