In view of the Full Bench Judgment of this Court, the revision petitions filed against the Judgment dated 20.08.2018 passed in Crl.A.Nos.349 to 352 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode, reversing the Judgment dated 25.05.2013 passed in STC Nos.175 to 177 & 179 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Erode, are allowed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant shall serve a copy of the grounds of appeal to the respondents.

3. List the matter on 30.03.2023 for final disposal.
