ORDER

Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions submitted that a temporary approval has been directed to the petitioner on 05.05.2017 subject to the condition that the petitioner is required to pass the TET, within 5 attempts.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent herein, has not approved his appointment as B.T. Assistant Teacher in the fourth respondent/School.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the rider clause in the temporary approval is put under challenge in WP.No.14483 of 2019 on the ground that passing in TET would not apply to the petitioner in the fourth respondent/School.

4. However, in view of the temporary approval granted, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition which challenges the rejection of the Approval Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
