Na.Ka.No.160/2012-13 by the 3rd & 4th respondents and directing the 3rd respondent to re-employ the petitioner till the end of the academic year 2012-2013 (31.05.2013) as B.T.Assistant (Soc-Science) Govt. Higher Secondary School, Arasampatti, Sankarapuram, Villupuram District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of writ petition.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
