ORDER

The petitioner has preferred a representation dated 04.07.2019 to the second respondent, the Tahsildar, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore Taluk, for issuance of patta as concerning his property in Old Survey No.502/J, New Survey No.192/8B in Thurinjikolli Village, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, pursuant to the decree passed in O.S.No.64/2010 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Chidambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate made a statement on instructions that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 11.00 a.m., on 04.06.2021 in the Office of the Tahsildar, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District / second respondent. 3. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Tahsildar, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from 04.06.2021.
