ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first saturday at 10.30 p.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.498 of 2025 in Crl Op.No. 27812 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.498 of 2025 in Crl O.P.No. 27812 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 19.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, Ccb, Salem City, Salem.
