2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that they have explained the reasons for the delay in Paragraph No.12 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for condoning the delay and set aside the abatement.

4. We find from the affidavit that the petitioner has satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay is condoned.
