C.M.P.No. 6545 of 2023 in A.S.No. 578 of 2019 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J, This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed 4th Respondent, namely C.Anandhi as one of the legal heirs of the deceased 1st Respondent and rank her as the 4th Respondent in the A.S.No.578 of 2019.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same and also the fact that notice to the fourth respondent is served and name of the fourth respondent is also printed in the cause list, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in A.S.No.578 of 2019 and post this Appeal after carrying out the necessary amendment.
