When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel who took notice for the 2nd respondent submitted that the petitioner's representations were duly considered by the 2nd respondent and orders were passed on 08.09.2017. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner was also provided with the copy of the order dated 08.09.2017.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, the writ petition stands closed.
