C.M.P. No.5849 of 2022 in S.A. Sr. No.25084 of 2020 S.S.SUNDAR, J., This petition is filed to discharge Court Guardian of 14th petitioner namely Mr.G.Balasubramanian, and to declare the 14th petitioner as major and to permit him to proceed in his own name.

2. Heard Mr. S.Giritharan, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is of the view that the prayer can be accepted. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
