CMP.No.20083 of 2016 has been filed to implead the petitioner therein S.M.Velmurugan as the proposed second respondent in S.A.No.1814 of 2002 and CMP.No.15926 0f 2017 has been filed to implead the petitioner therein R.T.M.Kannan as the proposed second respondent in S.A.No.1814 of 2002.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the Appellant in S.A.No.1814 of 2002 has not raised any serious objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petitions CMP.No.20083 of 2016 and CMP.No.15926 of 2017 are allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Appellant in the main Secona Appeal.
