This criminal origianl petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.46 of 2021 and to file a final report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C before the Jurisdictional Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvallur on 14.11.2023. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvallur, to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
