The contempt petition arose in respect of the order passed by the learned Single Judge by this Court in W.P.No.24953 of 2010 on 11.11.2010, where the Government was directed to consider the grant of regularization of

gsk service of the petitioner in terms of certain Government Orders issued on the subject matter.

2. In pursuance of the direction, an order was passed on 24.01.2014, stating that the petitioner's service cannot be regularized. Some reasons have been spelt out in the order as to why the service cannot be regularized.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that as against the order, the writ petitioner has approached this Court by filing another writ petition challenging the rejection order. That being the case, the present writ petition cannot be maintained.
