O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in Crime No.117 of 2018 and transfer the investigation in Crime No.117 of 2018 pending on the file of respondent police to some other competent investigating agency.

2.It is seen that the case has been registered in Crime No.117 of 2018 for the offence under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C. It is also seen that the Crime No.117 of 2018 has been registered on the death of the daughter of the petitioner in the house of the matrimonial home and till today the respondent police has not filed any final report for the reasons that they are waiting for the report from the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO).

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the concerned RDO is hereby directed to file a report within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the RDO Report. The Superintendent of Police, Salem is also hereby directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the respondent.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
