ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 303(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.447 of 2025 on the file of the respondent

police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was indulging in illegal transportation of four units of normal stones by using an Ashok Leyland tipper lorry. Hence, the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there are two previous cases against the petitioner and that this is the third anticipatory bail application. It is further submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail applications were dismissed and that there is no change in circumstances in the present application.

4. Considering the gravity of the offences and upon the ground that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 05-03-2026 cda
