These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

2. Mr.Balaji, the learned counsel represents that he has got vakalat for the legal representatives.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Office is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the appeal on 27.03.2024.
