Application No.1556 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement against the second and third defendants.

2.Application No.1557 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 837 days in setting aside the order of abatement against the second defendant. 3.Application No.1558 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 and 4 the legal heirs of the deceased V.R.Krishnan as defendants 3 and 4 and the respondent No.5 as the wife of the deceased V.R.Jagannathan as defendant 5 in T.O.S.No.28 of 2003.

4.Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

5.Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing these applications.

Pam 6.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in these affidavits filed in support of these applications and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to allow these Applications. Accordingly, these applications are allowed. 7.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
