This application has been filed for extension of the mandate of arbitration proceedings for the period of six months, which got expired on 17.09.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having regard to the fact that the proceedings is in the halfway through and the witness has to be cross-examined, this Court is of the view that taking into the nature of the dispute between the parties, the mandate has to be extended for another period of six months from 2/4

today. It is also well open to the Arbitrator to conduct the proceedings virtually and the parties have to complete the proceedings within a period of six months from today. Accordingly, the mandate is extended for the further period of six months from today.

4. With the above observation, this application is ordered. 26.08.2020 rpp 3/4
